SHORT-TERM LAND INVESTMENT PROPOSAL (SLIP)

It is an act of investing a fixed amount of money over a given period of time and enjoy high return on investment / interest, that is, putting your money to generate passive income without raising a finger.
Short-term Land Investment Plan (SLIP) is designed to enable interested investors with varying financial capacities to key in and make the most returns on their investments. SLIP is categorized in Three (3) levels of investment that are linked to our estate of our estate, Sherwood Estate, which is outlined below.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION / TERMS
- Investment term is between 8 and 12 months
- Interest on 8 months is between 15% – 35% and 12 months is between 30% – 45% depending on indicated investment amount.
- Interest can be paid upfront or at maturity through transfer or cheque(s)
- Investors will receive investment contract/agreement, certificate if investment, receipt of payment and proceeds on his or her name
- The investor gets land documents, equivalent to the value of the investment worth as a collateral and at maturity, you have the option to collect your funds and interest invested or retain the land at the prevailing price.
- In the event of death, the investors beneficiary has access to the 100% funds invested.
*Note* that in the case of liquidation before maturity, 100% flat liquidation (deduction) will be applied on the accrued interest on the investment and the principal remains payable.
The property linked to the investments poised as collaterals for your investment. This indicates that you can Cash Out your principal and interest without default and with options to retain the property designated for the choice category of your investment.
Furthermore; we allow you to take possession of the designated property at maturity of your investment in consideration of the current valued price of the property at the particular time. This means there are two options available for your Principal plus interest at maturity stage:
A) Cash out principal plus your interest.
B) Retain the designated property at the current price value at the maturity stage.
Upon your subscription, the Company will issue a legal agreement binding you as an investor to the Company, while the investment last. Upon request, a posted-dated check will also be issued covering your principal and interest as a guaranty on your investment. You also have 30 days prior to the maturity of the investment to formally write to inform the Company regarding the two options listed above.
